What Makes Our Campaign Unique?

While the families we support remain completely anonymous, you will receive their specific family dynamics. This allows you to personally tailor your hamper to the unique needs of a real local family.

How It Works

• Agency Referrals Only: To ensure support reaches those in genuine financial hardship, we only accept nominations from our partner agencies (Schools and Local Authority Social Care teams). We do not accept self-referrals.
• Local Focus: We exclusively provide hampers to individuals and families living within the TS postcode area.
• Choose Your Match: When registering, select the household size you wish to support:
• Single person
• Family of 2–3
• Family of 4–5
• Family of 6–7
• Family of 8+
• Get Your Family Dynamics: Once matched, you will receive an allocation email detailing the family setup (e.g., Mum, Dad, Boy aged 7, Girl aged 5).

What to Include

• Food: Mainly long-life foods and special Christmas treats. To check out our list of ideas, please click HERE.
• Gifts: If you are able, we kindly ask that you include a gift for each family member.
