Year-Round Support for Families in Crisis
Child poverty in the North East of England rose by 9 percentage points between 2015 and 2022 (Source: End Child Poverty Coalition). We see the reality of these statistics every day. Recently, requests for our emergency crisis support have surged dramatically.
While the reasons behind family crises are complex—often involving benefit sanctions, zero-hour contracts, or relationship breakdowns—the ongoing cost-of-living crisis has pushed even working families into food and fuel poverty.
Thanks to our generous supporters and fundraising efforts, we provide essential items to those who need them most. We supply:

  • Warm clothing and children's toys
When money is scarce, these basic necessities become impossible luxuries.
